Shoe brand that sounds like salvatore ferragamo-can't thing of the name..?!?!?

The name sounds italian and sounds something like salvatore ferragamo or sergio rosse. I'm pretty sure it starts with an s, I'm not quite sure if its the first or last name. Also, the shoes are cheap, I don't think I've seen a pair for over $100. It at the tip of my tongue and its killing me.
