Can i iron my salvatore ferragamo silk scarf?

my salvatore scarf has been folded n stored in the drawer for weeks now. and when i intend to use it just now, i took it out n there's folding marks there. the folding line. how do it take care of it? as in clear all the folding marks n leave the scarf as smooth as ever the surface.|||no!!!! do not iron silk!!!!! |||probobly|||no b/c it will shrink
